In TKU everyone has an e-mail account, the e-mail address is like “student ID@sxx.tku.edu.tw”, xx is the second and third numbers in your student ID. For example: If your student ID is “405123456”, and your e-mail address will be “4051243456@s05.tku.edu.tw”. The email password is the last six digits of your birthday (yymmdd). For example, if your birthday is 1997/02/25 then your password is 970225. Each e-mail account has 1GB disk space.

You can use webmail or email software (ie. Outlook Express) to send and receive e-mails. The address of webmail is “ http://webmail.tku.edu.tw “, this system has provided six languages include Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, Japanese, French, Deutsch and Spanish. Please use your student ID and e-mail password to sign in.
